AME Global may modify, suspend, or discontinue services or platform features at any time.
Clients retain ownership of their master recordings and copyrights.
By using AME Global services, the Client grants AME Global a non-exclusive licence to distribute, monetise, transmit, and manage submitted content across partner platforms for the duration of the agreement.
Clients confirm that:
AME Global reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates rights, platform policies, or applicable law.
AME Global may reject, suspend, remove, or restrict AI-generated audio, voice cloning, synthetic artist impersonation, or AI-assisted content that violates DSP policies, intellectual property rights, personality rights, or applicable law.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring all AI-assisted content is properly authorised, legally compliant, and disclosed where required.

Clients are responsible for accurate metadata, artwork, explicit tagging, and release information.

Accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity may be restricted, suspended, terminated, or reported to relevant platform partners or authorities where legally required.
Royalties associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
Clients must disclose any prior or existing distribution arrangements for submitted content.
Where music has previously been distributed through another distributor, Clients should provide original ISRC codes and release information to prevent duplicate delivery conflicts across DSPs.
AME Global is not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed or conflicting distribution arrangements.
For film soundtracks, OTT projects, web series, or audio-visual content, Clients may be required to provide supporting rights documentation, including:
AME Global reserves the right to reject or remove releases lacking proper rights documentation.
AME Global may pitch eligible releases to editorial or algorithmic playlists as a value-added service.
Playlist placement is never guaranteed and remains entirely subject to DSP discretion.
AME Global may provide Caller Ring Back Tone (CRBT/Caller Tune) activation services for supported telecom and partner platforms where such facilities are available.
Availability depends on platform approvals, regional availability, and telecom partner policies.
Clients must comply with:
AME Global reserves the right to suspend or remove content where required to maintain platform or partner compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AME Global’s liability is limited to service fees paid by the Client during the preceding three months.

AME Global processes user data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection and compliance laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of AME Global services shall be subject to applicable Indian jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedures.
AME Global may update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published on the official website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Royalty Statement Retention & Dashboard Access:
AME Global may provide royalty statements, reports, invoices, and earnings history through the Dashboard for up to 36 months from the original reporting date. After this period, reports may be archived or removed from live Dashboard access for operational, storage, and system management purposes.
AME Global may retain financial, tax, compliance, and transaction records internally for longer periods where required under applicable law, audit requirements, dispute resolution, or business operations. Archived reports may be subject to reasonable processing fees.
