  • PAN Card, Passport, or Driver’s Licence for KYC verification

AADHAAR cards are not accepted for KYC verification.

1.2 Login & Authentication Information

If you use Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0), AME Global may receive:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Google profile picture

AME Global does NOT access your Gmail inbox, contacts, Google Drive, calendar, or passwords.

1.3 Financial & Royalty Information

We may collect:

  • Bank account details
  • UPI ID (where applicable)
  • PAN and GST information for tax compliance
  • Royalty transaction history
  • Payment and invoice records

1.4 Music & Distribution Data

We may collect:

  • Audio files
  • Artwork and metadata

3. AI-Generated Content Policy

AME Global may reject, suspend, remove, or restrict AI-generated audio, voice cloning, synthetic artist impersonation, or AI-assisted content that violates DSP policies, intellectual property rights, personality rights, or applicable law.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all AI-assisted or AI-generated content submitted through AME Global is properly authorised, legally compliant, and accurately disclosed where required.

AME Global reserves the right to remove, suspend, reject, or modify any release, metadata, artwork, AI-generated content, or monetisation feature where required to comply with DSP, telecom, social media, or platform partner policies.

4. Caller Tune (CRBT) Services

AME Global may provide Caller Ring Back Tone (CRBT/Caller Tune) activation services for supported telecom and partner platforms where such facilities are available.

CRBT availability depends on platform approvals, regional availability, and telecom partner policies.

5. Fraud Prevention & Platform Integrity

AME Global maintains strict anti-fraud policies to protect artists, DSP partners, and the music ecosystem.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Artificial or bot-generated streaming
  • Click farms or fake engagement
  • Streaming manipulation
  • Metadata fraud
  • Copyright infringement
  • Voice cloning without rights
  • Unauthorised content uploads

Accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity may be reviewed, restricted, suspended, or terminated in accordance with platform policies and applicable law.

Royalties associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Data Sharing

AME Global does NOT sell or rent personal data.

Information may be shared only with:

  • Digital streaming platforms (limited release metadata only)
  • Payment processors and banks
  • Government and tax authorities where legally required
  • Legal, compliance, and regulatory authorities
  • Fraud prevention and anti-piracy partners
  • Business partners involved in music distribution services

AME Global may internally maintain records of accounts terminated for fraud, copyright violations, or policy abuse to protect platform integrity and comply with legal obligations.

7. International Data Transfers

Certain music distribution metadata may be transferred internationally to DSPs and platform partners located outside India.

Only minimum necessary distribution-related information is shared for operational purposes.

AME Global implements commercially reasonable technical and organisational security measures, including:

  • Password hashing

While we take reasonable steps to protect information, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Royalty statements, invoices, and transaction records may remain accessible through the Dashboard for a limited period determined by operational requirements. Certain financial and compliance records may be retained internally for longer periods as required under applicable law.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of eligible data
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential communications
  • Request copies of royalty or catalogue data
  • Submit complaints regarding data handling

Certain legally required records may not be eligible for deletion.

Updated versions will be published on the official website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
